Generali OFE, managed by Generali PTE S.A., is the largest shareholder in Comp S.A., holding over 19% of the shares. Other significant stakes are held by funds represented by AgioFunds TFI S.A. and Nationale-Nederlanden OFE. Robert Tomaszewski, the company’s president, controls 5.61% of the shares, most of which he holds indirectly through JT Inwestycje Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna Sp. z o.o.
