Corporate strategy

The successful implementation of the COMP 2025 Next Generation strategy has ensured stable, recurring revenues, increased our margins and the efficiency of the entire organisation. We have developed a leadership position in our specialities – and this is the foundation for new product development and upselling in the COMP 2028 Security First strategy.

Key element

Business objectives

The business objectives (calculated as results 2028 vs 2024) we set for ourselves are:

  • double the financial results from secure SaaS solutions along with maintaining our first position in the market for multi-functional sales recording and billing devices,
  • double the revenue from deployment and integration of cyber security services, including those required for Security Operations Centre (SOC) and AI on-premises systems,
  • a doubling of foreign revenues, particularly from exports of electronic surveillance system solutions.

EBITDA level and volume of transfer to Shareholders

The level of EBITDA and the size of the transfer to shareholders will remain the only financial targets of the COMP 2028 Security First strategy.

EBITDA will be the most important strategic parameter, determining our ability to generate cash.

In the area of investor relations, COMP S.A. focuses on transparency and an active dividend policy. The company plans to continue its share buyback programme and increase the transfer of funds to shareholders, with the aim of building long-term value for investors.

All objectives of the COMP 2025 Next Generation strategy have been achieved, including:

  • optimisation of the capital group, including a key merger with ELZAB,
  • increasing efficiency in the Retail segment by changing the business model,
  • rapid development of Security solutions in the IT segment in response to the market trend.
