Social mission
Our company engages employees in activities that encourage physical activity and health promotion programmes. We offer access to sports programmes and organise workshops that focus on physical and mental well-being, which has a positive impact on mood and performance at work. In addition, we organise family picnics that foster integration and spending time together.
Our social mission also includes supporting people from social groups that face difficulties or are excluded. We implement a variety of initiatives aimed at creating a space for development, self-fulfilment and integration into wider society.

Supporting the passions of our employees
The COMP Group is strong thanks to the commitment of its qualified and trusted employees, who are highly regarded by customers and partners. Their work makes all our projects successful and contributes to the group’s competitive advantage. We believe in providing our employees with a work-life balance. We also know that their professional achievements derive much from the fact that they are exceptional people with numerous interests pursued outside of work.
We are proud to support at least some of these interests. For this reason, we run the Comp Team programme.
All employees who are passionate about sport and strive to embody the Olympic motto Citius, Altius, Fortius (“faster, higher, stronger”) in their chosen discipline are invited to join the Comp Team.
At Comp Team we are all equal, regardless of our position. The only thing that counts is dedication in working towards the goals we have set for ourselves. Our athletes – who are a source of inspiration for the entire team – can count on the company’s help in pursuing their passions.

Equalising opportunities for children and young people
We are giving the opportunity for a better start in live.
The period of education at secondary school – and sometimes even as early as primary school – provides an excellent opportunity for some to acquire skills that are useful in their careers. Unfortunately, in many families the opportunity for children to develop their interests and passions is limited for various reasons. To be able to improve this situation, we created the Comp Academy. This is a programme aimed at supporting talented children and young people from indigent backgrounds by organising IT classes to develop key competences for the modern labour market. We are supported in achieving our goal by the Charity Foundation, whose main activity is geared towards providing all kinds of assistance to people in need, including children from impoverished backgrounds.
Gifted kids grow up in various homes. Sometimes parents are unable to help them develop their interests. We are a leading IT company that grew from scratch 35 years ago thanks to the passion of talented and ambitious people. That is why we see it as our duty to help children acquire IT skills.
Jarosław Chyła
Marketing and ESG Director, Comp S.A.
As part of the Comp Academy, we delivered workshops such as:
- “Young Game Developer in Roblox”, for children aged 7-12 years old
- “Web developer”, for young people aged 13-19
- “Raster graphics”, for young people aged 13-19
The workshops bring significant benefits to the participants, but not only: the Comp Group provided funds for equipment and the upgrade of the premises where the classes were held.
The latest edition of the Comp Academy is focused on restoring normal conditions for Ukrainian children to function and learn. With the help of Anna Stadnicka, president of the Charity Foundation (Fundacja Charytatywni), and Polish volunteers, we reach to the most war-affected villages in Ukraine. Thanks to the initiative, Ukrainian children can continue their education in a Ukrainian school and under the supervision of Ukrainian teachers.
