Summary 2025
In 2025, COMP S.A. successfully implemented the COMP Next Generation 2025 strategy, focusing on the development of subscription services, SaaS solutions and expansion in the area of cyber security.
Both of the numerical targets set out in our strategy, i.e. the level of EBITDA and the transfer to Shareholders, were achieved and even exceeded.
- EBITDA increased from PLN 121.8 million in 2024 to PLN 136.2 million (+ 11.8% y/y) in 2025
- Transfer to Shareholders increased from from PLN 1.70 in 2024 (after the stock split) to PLN 2.18 per share (+28% y/y) in 2025
EBITDA growth
The clear increase in EBITDA is primarily the result of increased sales of cyber security services and products and further expansion of the scale of sales of subscription-based services to networks and small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, we have achieved high organisational efficiency through effective cost control.
Increase in transfer to Shareholders
The high cash generation is the result of investments made in forward-looking developments. As a result, the operating cash generated has made it possible to simultaneously reduce debt to the target level set out in the strategy, increase the transfer to Shareholders, and invest in current and future business growth.
Our market metrics are improving not only through increased operating performance, but also through share redemptions. In 2026, we plan to cancel a further holding of treasury shares.
Items I to XIV contain data for the periods from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, respectively.
Items XV to XXV present the status as of the end of the reporting period, that is, as of December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively.
Selected financial data (2020 - 2025)
The financial plans for 2026 are fully in line with the objectives set out in the Comp Security First 2028 strategy:
- EBITDA will increase to PLN 150 million,
- planned transfer to Shareholders will amount to approximately PLN 70 million, which corresponds to more than PLN 3.41 per share.
The objectives of the new Comp 2028 Security First strategy, published in March this year, envisage a further increase in the value of both of the Company’s strategic parameters (EBITDA, transfer) in the following years, especially with regard to the transfer to Shareholders.
In the final year of the new strategy, we are targeting EBITDA of PLN 180 million and a transfer to Shareholders of PLN 91 million, which, after taking into account further planned capital redemptions, will mean more than PLN 25 per share.
In total, we plan to direct as much as PLN 240 million to Shareholders during the period of implementation of the Comp 2028 Security First strategy, which is a continuation of our very attractive redistribution policy that we have been pursuing for several years.
