Q1 2026 results

After the successful completion of the objectives of the Next Generation strategy, we began the first year of implementing the Security First strategy with strong momentum. The effectiveness of the chosen direction is confirmed by significant increases in sales revenues, EBIT, EBITDA, and net profit. The achieved results exceeded market consensus expectations.

In Q1 2026, sales revenues increased by 27% year-on-year, while EBITA rose by 17%. All key financial performance indicators recorded double-digit growth rates:

  • EBITDA up by 17%,

  • EBIT up by 25%,

  • net profit attributable to COMP shareholders up by 35%.

EBITDA profit in Q1

In Q1 2026, the Group recorded a significant year-on-year increase in EBITDA in the Retail RegTech segment. The improvement in results was positively driven by the steady growth in subscription revenues and the effects of optimization measures implemented since 2022 under the Next Generation strategy.

Cash position and outlook

The Group’s cash position remains in line with budget assumptions. Already in April 2026, following the end of the first quarter, the Group completed the first tranche of shareholder distribution in the increased amount of PLN 35 million. The level of the Net Debt/EBITDA ratio confirms that the increased shareholder distribution is financed through consistently delivered business growth, while maintaining a stable and secure cash position.

The results achieved by the COMP Group in the first quarter of 2026 confirm a solid foundation for the execution of our full-year strategic and financial plans across all areas of operations.
