  1. In accordance with article 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), herewith referred to as the Regulation on GDPR, we hereby inform, that the administrator of the personal data acquired via forms available on the Website is Comp S.A. (herewith Comp) based at Jutrzenki Street 116, 02-230 Warsaw.
  2. Personal data will be processed in compliance with the law solely for the purpose necessary to process Your inquiry or application (article 6, paragraph 1, item a) of GDPR). Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the date of receiving consent for their processing.
  3. You have are entitled to exact from Comp, as the Administrator of personal data, the right to access and receive a copy of Your data – article 15 of GDPR; to rectify (correct) Your data – article 15 of GDPR; to remove data (“the right to be forgotten”) – article 17 of RODO; to limit the processing of data – article 18 of GDPR; transfer data – article 20 of GDPR; object to the processing of data, including processing for direct marketing purposes – article 21 of GDPR; right to not submit to/object to decisions (“automated individual decision making, including profiling”) – article 22 of GDPR. In order to make use of the aforementioned rights we request that You submit a statement via e-mail to rodo.comp@comp.com.pl, from the address to witch the consent pertains to.

Furthermore, You have the right to withdraw consent to data processing – withdrawing consent will not impact the legal conformity of processing, carried out based on consent prior to its withdrawal; submitting a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other appropriate supervisory authority) in the event of data processing discordant with the law, in particular with GDPR.
  5. Giving consent to personal data processing by Comp is voluntary but the consequence of not giving consent will be the inability to make contact and respond from Comp to the submitted inquiry or application.

  2. Diagnostics.
